"Who is the fairest of them all?"
Regina is a character that I both love and yet are annoyed by because of the things she does, but this dress (Hansel & Gretchen episode) just really made me want to make it! But it was not an easy task! First the fabric had to be dyed purple two times, then all the pattern was being painted black, all by hand.. oh yes that took some time! xD But now it is done and looks amazing~
